We keep this short because we keep very little. DUSKPOINT is a room you visit for a couple of evening hours — not a data operation. Here is exactly what we hold and why.
What we collect
- The name, email, chosen date, spot, and arrival window you type into the booking form.
- Anything you choose to write to us by email or say over the phone.
- A single small cookie that remembers you accepted this notice, so the banner stops asking.
That is the whole list. We do not ask for a home address, we do not run trackers across other sites, and we do not build a profile of you between visits.
Why we hold it
Your booking details exist for one reason: to hold your station and have the tea ready when you arrive. We use your email only to confirm a booking or answer a question you sent first. We never sell contact details, and we never pass them to advertisers.
Cookies
The only cookie we set is a consent marker, stored when you press Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. It carries no personal data and simply tells the site not to show the banner again. If you press Decline, or clear your browser storage, the notice returns on your next visit. You can remove the cookie at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Booking records are cleared on a rolling basis once an evening has passed and there is no reason to keep them. If you would like your details removed sooner, email us and we will delete them promptly. It is your information; you decide.
Getting in touch
Questions about any of the above go to [email protected] or the phone number in the footer. A real person on the evening shift will read it.
